Features

Auto Feeder

RDM Connect eliminates manual work and speeds up the payment process with auto feeding capabilities. However, it still allows users to insert single documents or in groups of up to 15 items. To ensure smooth workflow, it is equipped with a double-feed detector that will automatically alert the user in case of double input.

MICR Reader

RDM Connect reads either E13B or CMC7 MICR character sets accurately, thus minimising the potential for misreading.

Identification Card Imager

Unlike other solutions, RDM Connect allows you to process card payments with its capability to capture the front and rear page of card payments in one compact multi-purpose device.

Franking Acknowledgement Printer

RDM Connect helps you reduce fraud and mitigate risk with its franking acknowledgement printer.

Optional Features

RDM Connect offers you additional benefits through optional features such as OCR Font Recognition, Magnetic Stripe Reader, and Endorsement Printer. RDM Connect is most suitable for remote deposit capture, branch capture, walk‐in bill payment and cheque cashing solutions.
